Official Rules
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Minimum donation is $20 per ticket.
Multiple donations are welcome.
All ticket stubs will be entered separately in the drawing barrel.
Drawing conducted by an independent judge.
Donations are not tax-deductible contributions.
Online donations are accepted via PayPal and can be made with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards or via Bank Account Transfer. Mailed-in donations may be in the form of money orders made payable to Help Montserrat and sent to:

Tickets will be e-mailed to you within 3 working days- due to mailing expenses we cannot mail you physical tickets, but you're always welcome to print your tickets once you receive them in e-mail [in JPG format]
If an entrant’s donation is dishonored by the credit card company, the donation ticket(s) will be invalid.
Winner need not be present. The winner will receive a 2011 YAMAHA TW200, MSRP $4,300. THE MOTORCYCLE WILL BE SHIPPED NATIONWIDE & delivered by an independent company. Sales tax will be paid by Help Montserrat.
The winner will be posted on this website (www.island-of-montserrat.com).
The winner will be determined via a random drawing on December 12, 2011, or when all 750 tickets have sold.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail/email if not present.
The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, special taxes, and all other fees. Help Montserrat specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 2011 YAMAHA TW200.
The winner releases the Help Montserrat Fundraiser from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of this prize.
Successive alternate backup winner ticket will be drawn, and held by judges in sealed envelope in case first winner does not claim prize within 30 [thirty] days.
All proceeds, less prizes and expenses benefit Help Montserrat.
Retain your ticket. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your ticket in electronic version.
Help Montserrat Fundraiser reserves the right to amend, revise, & interpret these rules as it sees fit.
